I suggest you use an online translator to translate some stuff as well, it can help sometimes. Though, don't use it to translate the whole page, or else the verification won't work.
Click the left icon.
Check the 2 checkboxes and press the orange button.
Fill in Name and KSSN. They both have to be valid (right KSSN according to name).
A KSSN is a Korean Social Security Number. If you live in Korea you have one like this. If not, you can get them over the Internet, but it is highly illegal. So please refrain from talking about KSSN's on this forum. If you want to talk about it, do it in PMs.
Possible KSSN errors:

1- This page comes out when the KSSN already has three accounts registered (maximum amount).
2- This page comes out when the KSSN is fake or is not certified by the government.
3- This page comes out when your parent's KSSN is fake or not certified (only for people who chose to take 14 years and younger age group instead).
4- This error comes out when the KSSN owner has blocked you from registering.
5- This error comes when you have a false social security number (KSSN).
If your KSSN and Name are valid, you will get this window:
- Press the button next to User ID to check your ID (you need to use IE). If it's available, an orange text will appear under your ID.
- Password has to contain letters and numbers
- You have to select a secret question and type a secret answer
Press the orange confirmation button and you're done!
