sorry for the late reply. i too am not sure. but its one of those websites that strongly and heavily supports C9 and provides all sorts of information. whether its confirm or not...the translation from Google doesn't give a very good one. so i can't tell either. best is to get a korean person to certify if its a rumor.

Nevertheless, the ideas are interesting!
